Hot Pepper Cheese Dip

Place the four cheeses into a food processor and blend until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and blend until well incorporated. Wrap tightly in plastic and refrigerate overnight.

Pimento Cheese… The Pate of the South

Using the paddle attachment of an electric mixer, combine all ingredients until well blended. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2-3 hours allowing flavors to combine.

Bacon Pimento Cheese

In a large skillet, cook the bacon until brown and crisp, 6 to 7 minutes. Transfer to paper towels to drain and cool. Using the paddle attachment on an electric mixer, combine all ingredients until well blended. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2-3 hours to allow flavors to meld.

Using the paddle attachment of an electric mixer, combine all ingredients until well blended.   Cover and refrigerate for at least 2-3 hours to allow flavors to combine.

Kentucky Beer Cheese

Place all ingredients into bowl of electric mixer and mix well using a paddle attachment. Divide mixture into six 8-ounce containers wrap them well. Age the beer cheese for four to five days before serving. Before serving, allow the cheese to come to room temperature. Serve with crackers or toasted rye bread points.

Garlic Cheese Spread

In a food processor or mixing bowl with a paddle attachment, blend all ingredients together. Wrap and refrigerate for 3-4 hours before serving.

Boursin

Place all ingredients in the bowl of an electric mixer. Using the paddle attachment, beat on high speed until all ingredients are well incorporated, scraping sides of the bowl occasionally to ensure all ingredients are combined. Yield: 2 cups
