Ginger Soy Salmon

Ingredients

6 salmon filets (6-8 ounce each)

1/3 cup no-stick grilling marinade for seafood

1/4 cup soy sauce

1 Tbsp minced ginger

1 recipe ginger soy butter sauce

Instructions

Combine the seafood marinade with the soy sauce and ginger. Use a pastry brush to coat the filets. Allow the filets to marinate at room temperature for 45 minutes

Prepare the grill. Cook the fish on direct high heat until it is just pink in the center, about 7-9 minutes. Turn the fish once while cooking. Do not overcook.

Remove the fish from the grill, top with the ginger soy butter sauce, and serve.

Honey Bundt Cake

This bundt cake brings back memories of family gatherings on Bellewood Drive where sweets were as much a part of the celebration as the presents under the tree. The warm notes of cinnamon and honey make it a natural fit for holiday mornings or as the perfect finish to a Christmas feast. The pomegranate glaze adds a bright, tart finish that keeps things interesting. Make sure to grease every nook and cranny of your bundt pan thoroughly. Use butter and dust with flour for a clean release. Also, letting the cake cool for a solid twenty minutes before flipping is key to avoiding a sticky mess.
