Peach Daiquiri (Frozen)


2 oz.                Light Rum

1 oz.                Peach Schnapps

1 oz.                Lime Juice, freshly squeezed

1 Tbsp                Fresh Peach, minced

1 /2 oz.            Simple Syrup



In a blender, add all ingredients with plenty of ice. Blend well and serve in a hurricane glass garnished with a slice of fresh peach.

Yield: 1 daiquiri
