Tabasco Tartar Sauce

The hotter the better, add more Tabasco if you are brave enough.

Ingredients

1 1 /2 cups       Mayonnaise

1 /4 cup           Sweet pickle relish, drained

1 Tbsp                Yellow mustard

2 Tbsp                Capers, rinsed well and chopped

2 Tbsp                Green olives, chopped

1 1 /2 tsp         Black pepper, freshly ground

1 1 /2 tsp         Garlic, fresh minced

1 /2 tsp            Garlic salt

1 1 /2 tsp         Parsley, chopped

1 Tbsp                Lemon juice, freshly squeezed

2 Tbsp                Tabasco Sauce

Instructions

Combine all ingredients, mix well and refrigerate four to six hours before serving.

Yield: 2 1 /2 cups
