Lemon-Caper Tartar Sauce

Good with fried shrimp, oysters, catfish, or onion rings.

Ingredients

1 cup homemade mayonnaise

1 tsp lemon zest

2 Tbsp capers, finely chopped

2 Tbsp parsley, fresh chopped

1 Tbsp red onion, finely minced

1 Tbsp sweet pickle relish

1 /2 tsp Creole seasoning

1 Tbsp lemon juice

1 /2 tsp black pepper, freshly ground

Instructions

Combine all ingredients and refrigerate for 1-2 hours before using.
