Blue Cheese Dressing

Ingredients

1 cup Blue Plate Mayonnaise

1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese

1/3 cup sour cream

3/4 cup half and half

1/2 tsp paprika

1 Tbl garlic powder

1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce

1/2 tsp white pepper

Instructions

Use a wire whip to combine the Blue Plate Mayonnaise, blue cheese, sour cream and half and half in a stainless steel bowl. Mix these ingredients together thoroughly and then add the remaining ingredients and blend together. Refrigerate until needed. Best if made a day in advance.

Yield: 2 1/2 cups
