Creamy Balsamic Dressing

Ingredients

3 egg yolks

2 eggs

1/2 tsp dry mustard

2 Tbl garlic, minced

1/2 tsp white pepper

1 tsp garlic salt

1/8 tsp cayenne pepper

2 Tbl parsley, chopped

2 tsp oregano, dried

2 Tbl red wine vinegar

1/4 cup balsamic vinegar

1 cup ranch dressing, prepared

1 cup cottonseed oil or vegetable oil

1 tsp salt

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in the bowl of a food processor except ranch dressing and oil. Mix well. With the machine running, slowly drizzle in ranch dressing and then cottonseed oil. Refrigerate until ready to use. This dressing will hold 1 week refrigerated.

Yield: 3 cups
