12 ounces aged white cheddar cheese, shredded and at room temperature
3 /4 cup parmesan cheese, freshly grated
1 /2 cup roasted red peppers, diced
1 /3 cup homemade mayonnaise
2 tsp horseradish
1 tsp creole seasoning
1 /2 tsp hot sauce
1 /4 tsp chili powder
1 /8 tsp ground cumin
1 /8 tsp black pepper
1 tsp bourbon
1 tsp Worcestershire
1 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp dehydrated onion
Using the paddle attachment of an electric mixer, combine all ingredients until well blended.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 2-3 hours to allow flavors to combine.
