Over the course of my 25-year restaurant career I have used this single ingredient more than any other. As a chef, it is one of the earliest recipes I developed. I use it on all types of seafood, chicken, pasta, and vegetables. Empty the salt shaker on your table and fill it with Robert St. John’s Creole seasoning to make the entire family happy.

Ingredients: salt, paprika, minced onion, red pepper, minced garlic, sugar, black pepper, white pepper, cornstarch, dry mustard, granulated garlic, thyme, selected spices and seasonings.
